I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where we can briefly discuss what has brought you to counselling, what you are looking for and any questions you may have. There is no obligation to book a counselling session afterwards.

Face-to-face counselling in Nottingham

Face-to-face counselling sessions take place at my private counselling room at:

The practice is approximately 15 minutes by car from Nottingham city centre and is accessible by local public transport.

Please note that I do not provide home visits.

Online & remote counselling

If you are unable to attend in person, I also offer remote counselling sessions through Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime and telephone, with text and email support where appropriate.

Counselling fees

50-minute session: £60
90-minute session: £90

Tuesday: 2.00pm – 7.30pm
Wednesday: 11.00am – 8.00pm
Thursday: 3.00pm – 8.00pm
Friday: 10.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 2.30pm

We can arrange an initial telephone conversation and take things from there.
